Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms of service apply to the use of GameChart (gamechart.gg), operated by flendermedia, Patrick Flender, Loensstrasse 1, 29574 Ebstorf, Germany. By registering or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Registration and Account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. Each person may only maintain one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Services
GameChart provides free tournament management, bracket creation, team management, and a scrim mode for esports communities. Paid features may be introduced in the future. We will inform you in advance of any pricing changes.
4. Code of Conduct
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate results. Insults, harassment, hate speech, and discrimination are prohibited. You may not misuse the platform, including sending spam or disrupting other users. Automated access (bots, scrapers) is not permitted without prior written consent.
5. User Content
You are solely responsible for all content you create on GameChart (team names, descriptions, profile information, etc.). Content must not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties. GameChart reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.
6. Availability
We strive to keep GameChart available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily limit availability. We will not be liable for any downtime.
7. Limitation of Liability
GameChart is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for user-generated content, data loss resulting from user error, or indirect damages. Our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our privacy policy. GameChart may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes (e.g. by email or in-app notification). Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Final Provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. To the extent permitted by law, the courts of Uelzen shall have jurisdiction. Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
